Educate Rancho "RSM Businesses that CARE!" Hanna's Restaurant & Bar is proud to launch Educate Rancho, a coalition of businesses that are committed to assisting the schools in our community. Our mission is to supply the funding necessary to cover the expenses of critical programs that have been cut from our local school's curriculums due to current budget crises at the State and Federal levels. We are working directly with the principles at local schools to determine which programs we can fund that will "make a difference" to their students. All of our funds will be gifted directly to the programs in question to insure that 100% of the funds go DIRECTLY to the benefit of the students enrolled in those programs. The selection of programs to be funded by the coalition will be made by the board of five coalition participants, including two of the original three founders, Dave Hanna, Jim Riskas, and Jim Poettgen Educate Rancho is working with several local groups, such as the Education For the Children Foundation, to ensure maximum efficiency of benefits for all funds contributed in our effort. The Bell Tower Foundation will act as a fiduciary of Educate Rancho. This arrangement will save the organizational expenses and maintain the tax benefits for a 501 (c) (3) foundation for the participants, and allow for all of the funds contributed to go directly to the school programs identified by the coalition. Our coalition will also organize periodic fund raisers (e.g., a "fundraising week") which will involve some or all of the coalition businesses in order to increase the community awareness of our efforts. This increased public profile of the participants is an important factor of this coalition and will help serve a positive role model to other cities.   We are recommending four levels of pledges from all of the participants of the coalition.   These levels are:   Founders Club                       $5,000 Gold Level                             $2,500 Silver Level                           $1,000 Bronze Level                         $100     These pledges will be administered as the actual programs are identified  and when their actual funding is required.  If interested in making a contribution or joining our coalition please contact us 949-709-2300 or email us at hannasprimesteak@yahoo.com.
